Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

If you require a refund or exchange because the product(s) is not what you ordered or is otherwise damaged, please let us know, please email us at enquires_mrrisque@yahoo.com confirming the items you wish to return and your preference for an exchange or refund. Please include your order number as we will require this to process your return.

Please do not post your return until you have contacted us - doing so may result in delay.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Mr Risqué take pride in our items . Any items that we think are deemed as not re-saleable will be rejected. For health and hygiene purposes, we will not accept returns where items of intimate apparel have already been worn, we use an ultraviolet scanner to detect this.

Intimate apparel - (sizing, change of mind etc)

Any items returned should be new, unused, garment tags still attached and in its original packing, fully in a re-saleable condition. For this reason, we suggest you always try on your new purchase on top of another garment for initial sizing. Please be careful when trying on,  If you are unsure about a particular fit, please check the sizing guides before purchase.

Intimate apparel - (faults)

Whilst manufacturing errors are very rare, in the circumstances where they do occur, a refund or exchange will be offered.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. 


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Sale items will be refunded at the price paid at the time of purchase. Exchanges on sale items are subject to availability.


Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs for returns and/or Exchanges

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  Mr Risqué, Flat 10, 4 Merlin Drive, Edinburgh, EH5 1RA, United Kingdom

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service such as Royal Mail Tracked. We will not accept responsibility for returned items that go missing in the post.
